All product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes only. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product colors or textures will appear exactly the same on your screen.

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via Paypal. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information at the time of purchase.
4. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.
5. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do no accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or dislike a color after use.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lipandsip.jc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
If you receive:
· A damaged product (excluding heat-related melting), or
· An incorrect item different from your order,
Please email us at lipandsip.jc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
· Your order number
· Clear photos of the product(s) received
We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Our lip products may soften or melt in transit during hot weather. This does not affect product quality. Simply place your product in the fridge for 15-30 minutes to re-harden before use.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that melt due to heat exposure during shipping, as this is outside our control and does not impact their performance or safety.
· Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
· Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
For hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns on:
· Used products
· Opened products
· Sale items or promotional gifts
· Custom products
6. Product Safety and Allergies
Our products are manufactured in accordance with cosmetic safety standards. However, we recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. We are not responsible for adverse reactions due to individual skin types or misuse.
